SIP Scootershop has once again set an example for social commitment. On the occasion of the company’s 30th anniversary, the Vespa specialist called for a special fundraising campaign at the “Open Day” in May to support the ARCHE Landsberg residential community. For many years, SIP Scootershop has been a reliable partner of ARCHE, which has set itself the task of creating inclusive communities in which people with and without intellectual disabilities live together under one roof.
Tattoo for a good cause
As part of the anniversary celebrations, visitors to the “Open Day” were given the opportunity to get a free SIP logo tattoo. For each tattoo, SIP Scootershop promised a donation of 200 euros to ARCHE Landsberg. The response was overwhelming: 12 brave visitors had a lasting memento engraved by the experienced tattoo artist Bene Bader, a local tattoo artist.
Thanks to the participation of these dedicated Vespa fans and the great support of Bene Bader and the tattoo studio “Studio22 SkinArt”, a total of 2,400 euros was raised for ARCHE.
Support for ARCHE Landsberg
ARCHE Landsberg has been offering people with intellectual disabilities a loving home since 2001. A total of 12 residents live here in a family environment. They each have their own room, while shared meals and housekeeping characterize daily life. The aim of ARCHE is to create a place where inclusion and community are lived. The generous donation from SIP Scootershop helps to support this important work.
