To begin with, it should be mentioned straight away that you must always keep an eye on the permitted total weight of a Vespa. This can vary depending on the model, so it’s better to look it up once. In addition, you should always pay attention to how the weight is skilfully distributed on the scooter. If the distribution is too one-sided, it can severely impair the riding experience and lead to accidents. It is therefore always best to test the load on a small private area before taking it out into real traffic.
