In this article, we take a look at the different headlight options from SIP for both Classic and Modern Vespas.
When buying, always check the specified compatibility with the respective models. Just because a headlight has the same diameter does not automatically mean that it can also be fitted to your Vespa.

Unfortunately, the light output of classic Vespa scooters has traditionally never been really good. Around the turn of the millennium, clear glass headlights brought a considerable improvement, but they only really shed light in the dark to a limited extent. For some years now, the magic word in lighting technology has been LED. The semiconductors require only a small amount of power and a small installation space for a particularly bright headlight.

SIP has set itself the task of combining good design with efficient products. One problem with conventional headlights is often the unfavourable design. Many LED headlights for retrofitting are characterised by a remarkably unpleasant appearance. This is a particular annoyance when fitted to classic scooters. SIP has endeavoured to change this and has adapted an LED headlight for Vespa Largeframe models.

The headlight has ‘High Power LED’ high/dipped beam and can be easily connected to any H4 headlight plug. The parking light function can also be used with the separate cable. The headlight works with direct current and therefore requires a battery or another equivalent power source with 12V DC.
For carefree connection, we recommend ordering the appropriate plug for conversion to H4 at the same time.
